Hull City will look to seal consecutive Premier League victories for the first time since October 2008 when they host West Ham on Saturday.
Steve Bruce s side picked up an impressive win last weekend against Newcastle United, and after victory in the League Cup over Huddersfield in midweek, they will be brimming with confidence.
And they will be hopeful of collecting their third league triumph of the season against West Ham, who have not won on their travels since March.
Sam Allardyce s team have not had the best of times away from Upton Park and have only won three of their last 20 away matches in the league.
However, Allardyce s side have won 17 of their 41 meetings with Hull and they are unbeaten in their last five meetings – winning four.
Both sides have started the season steadily, and come into the clash on the back of midweek League Cup wins.
The visitors look set to hand Ricardo Vaz Te a starting spot for the match after the Portuguese striker scored the winning goal in their 3-2 victory over Cardiff City in midweek.
With Andy Carroll out injured, Modibo Maiga struggling for goals and Mladen Petric still some way off full fitness, Vaz Te could be the man West Ham need to record their second league win of the season.
He keeps on telling everyone that he creates chances and scores and that s what the manager wants people to put the ball in the back of the net, assistant manager Neil McDonald said after the Cardiff victory.
That s a knock on the door for the manager, he s available on Saturday against Hull and gives the manager a nice little problem.
You have to forget what happened in the past, maybe it was bad advice, but he s a genuine lad who just wants to play.
He wanted to go and play somewhere but he got a game here and scored the winner which is great.
Meanwhile, Bruce looks set to be without Maynor Figueroa (compassionate leave), James Chester (hamstring), Robert Koren (foot) and Paul McShane (knock), while there are doubts over Robbie Brady (stomach).
One positive for the Hull boss is the return to fitness of Joe Dudgeon – the defender completing 90 minutes against Huddersfield on Tuesday – and the continuing improvement of Egyptian striker Gedo.
West Ham have Carroll (foot) and Alou Diarra (knee) out with long-term injuries, but Joe Cole (hamstring), Guy Demel (thigh) and Stewart Downing (leg) could all feature.
